LOCATION

Messiah Lutheran Church is conveniently located at 8300 Providence Rd. just south of the Arboretum and Hwy 51 (Pineville-Matthews Rd).  Map

Parking is located on both the north and south sides of the sanctuary. Handicapped parking has been designated at the south entrance, although both entries are wheelchair accessible.

I was born in Minnesota to Christian parents that encouraged and nurtured me to serve the Lord! I was trained as a Director of Christian Education at Concordia College in St. Paul, MN. I have served 3 previous churches. St. John Lutheran Church in Scottsbluff, NE for 2 years, Zion Lutheran in Manning, IA for 12 years, and Zion Lutheran in Avilla, AR for 10 years.

My husband Dick, and I have been married for 23 years and have parented for 23 years as we raised Dick's 3 children (now grown and in their own families) and our son, Joel (20, and resides in Arkansas). We had the opportunity to parent a foster son for 3 years as well and Joe and his family reside in Iowa.

In 2005, I received my master's degree in Family Life Science. Taking the call to Messiah in 2006 has given me the opportunity to share my passion and energy for families and youth helping them discover God's best for them!
