MESSIAH HANDBELL CHOIR Rehearse Thursdays, 6:30 to 7:30

Making a joyful noise to the Lord with four octaves of Malmark English Handbells and two octaves of Malmark Handchimes is what this group is about. Their selections are ones that will enrich worship while at the same time challenge the players to advance their music reading and ringing techniques. They play once per month for both the 8:30 Traditional and 11:00 Blended Services.

Reading musical rhythms is a help for being able to play the handbells.

KEYS TO THE KINGDOM Instrumental Ensemble Rehearse Wednesdays, 7:30 to 8:30

Band, Orchestra, and Praise Band instruments combine to play arrangements of traditional hymns and contemporary songs. This group will also occasionally accompany the choir or congregation. They play once per month for both the 8:30 Traditional and 11:00 Blended Services. Their pieces include both ensemble and full orchestral arrangements.

At least two years of playing experience are necessary - simplified parts can be made available for those that are challenged. But we encourage all levels of playing, knowing that the less experienced will grow that much faster for playing with the group. Returning college instrumentalists are invited to participate in holiday presentations.
