Tim Baldinger, Pastor of Messiah Lutheran Church. 
I have been a parish pastor since I graduated from Concordia Seminary, Springfield, Ill. in 1975. I began my ministry in the west Texas town of Sweetwater where I served 5 years.
From there, I was called by the Texas District to develop a mission in the western part of Amarillo, Texas. I remained there until the end of 1991. I have been pastor here at Messiah since January of 1992.
My wife's name is Linda Sue but she goes by Sue. After, 16 years, she retired from being a preschool teacher here at Messiah. We have three children: our oldest son, Michael, married Robin Barker in May, 2005. They have two children - Brandon and Cooper. Michael is an optometrist in the Carolinas. Our daughter, Mindy, lives Roswell, Ga with her dog, Sassy and cat, Simon. She works in Alpharetta for ISTA. Our youngest son, Matthew, lives in Indian Land, SC where he shares his home with two other young men and his cat, Lucy. Matt is a computer engineer for Duke Energy. Our family has loved it here in Charlotte and has loved serving the Lord with the members of Messiah.
